Returns & Refunds

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products purchased through our website. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and quality of our natural skincare products.

In the unfortunate event that your package arrives damaged please contact our customer service team: be@gratefulforall.com within 7 days of receiving your order and you will be issued a store credit equivalent to the cost of your damaged items. Please note that we will ask for photos of the damaged items. If you fail to contact us within the 7 days, your store credit will not be issued.

Shipping can take between 5-8 business days.


Yes, we offer free shipping for all orders over $75!

Currently we only ship domestically within the USA.
